CANCELLATION POLICY
If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, please promptly inform Lauren at Hydra Revive by calling or texting 432-425-1026. In the event of no response, kindly leave a detailed voicemail with your full name, appointment date, and time. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date. A new deposit is required to book a new appointment. This policy applies to all appointments, including follow-ups.
